Things to see and do in the Sevenoaks area
Sevenoaks town centre is just a brief stroll away and home to dozens of restaurants of various ethnicities, several pubs and a good cross-section of shops and boutiques.
There is also a thriving cinema and theatre. For local eateries,

Within a radius of just 10 miles there are many National Trust properties including:-
- Knole House and Deer Park – a ten minute walk
- Chartwell
- Emmetts Gardens
- Igtham Mote
...and a little further afield:-
- Scotney Castle
- Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens
- Wakehurst Place
There are also many other historical properties such as:-
Scotney Castle, Kent
...in other words a cornucopia of Old England.
And for those of you unfamiliar with England, don’t forget the pubs.
The county of Kent is blessed with some of the oldest and finest in the
country and Bill has made a strenuous effort over the years to get
to know them intimately - just in case he might be asked to hand on personal
