Ronnie (Veronica) and Bill Campbell will be your hosts at Austens Cottage, a charming family-run
B&B hidden away down a very secluded, private no through
road on the edge of the market town of Sevenoaks in Kent.
The cottage B&B is less than a 5 minute stroll from Sevenoaks town centre and only a few more from the mainline railway station to London
(arriving in under 30 minutes) or the coast at Hastings, Dover and
Folkestone.
There is off-street parking and many guests leave their car in the drive and set off for London.
Ronnie and Bill can usually provide a lift to the station, but it is only a 6 or 7 minute walk if
they are not around.
Stayed at Austens for 3 days and have already recommended it to friends. It is very comfortable and the hosts, Bill and Ronnie, make you feel like a friend. Breakfast is very elegantly laid out and better than most hotels.

I have stayed several times before. Every time it is worth coming back. I always get a very warm and
friendly welcome. The Campbells really look after everyone staying and living with
them well. The rooms (and believe me, I know all of the B&B rooms) are nice and even were improved since
my last stay. Thank you very much (again)!

Ronnie and Bill welcomed us into their charming home where we stayed for
six nights. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We discovered some wonderful places to visit and places to eat on their recommendation.
Austens is in a quiet location and yet within easy walking distance
of the centre of Sevenoaks. Our room was comfortable, light and
airy with views of the secluded garden. The en-suite facilities
were excellent. The breakfast table is a gourmet's delight!
